BIOGRAPHY:

Tim represents media companies in a variety of legal matters including the negotiation of distribution contracts and production facilities contracts, sports rights, MFN management, and trademark portfolio management. As corporate counsel at Dish Network, Tim was responsible for all legal aspects of Dish’s international and pay-per-view programming business, including all contract negotiation. Tim’s previous experience also includes positions as corporate counsel at a leading global supplier of business management software and as corporate associate attorney at Winston & Strawn, a large international law firm.
